Laura Wells de Perry, Director
After spending time in Eastern Europe where she taught English and German, Laura attended Arizona State University and was awarded a Master of Science degree in 1997. She graduated from the Arizona School of Polygraph Science in 2001 and worked with Tom Ezell as a mentor until his passing. She has conducted thousands of polygraph examinations and is a full member of the American Polygraph Association, National Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists, serves as Vice President of the Arizona Polygraph Association and participates in polygraph standardization through ASTM.

Joseph Perry, Operations Manager
Originally from Nicaragua, Joe is the lead Spanish speaking examiner. He has a background in electronics. He attended the Arizona School of Polygraph Science and got his training from Tom Ezell. Joe is certified to test Sex Offenders and conducts pre-employment as well as specific issue tests. Joe teaches functionality and calibration portions of the School. He is a member of the American Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists and the Arizona Polygraph Association.

Amanda LaCross, Certified Primary Instructor
In 2002, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and has been employed in the counseling field. In 2003, she graduated from the Arizona School of Polygraph Science. She has been working as a polygraph examiner for Tom Ezell since 2004.
