Laura Wells de Perry M.S., Director

After spending time in Eastern Europe where she taught English and German, Ms. Perry attended Arizona State University and was awarded a Master of Science degree in 1997. She graduated from the Arizona School of Polygraph Science in 2001 and was mentored by Tom Ezell until his passing. She has conducted thousands of polygraph examinations and is a full member of the American Polygraph Association, National Polygraph Association, American Association of Police Polygraphists, and the Arizona Polygraph Association. Ms. Perry is also Paired Testing (Marin Protocol) qualified and Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing certified.

Ms. Perry is an American Polygraph Association certified primary instructor.

David T. Serfustini, Instructor

Mr. Serfustini is the lead instructor at Arizona Polygraph Examiners, LLC.  He has a background in Social Sciences and earned his B.S. in Human Communication from Arizona State University in 2008. He also graduated from the Arizona School of Polygraph Science in 2008 where he received his training from Ms. Laura Perry.  Mr. Serfustini is certified to test Sex Offenders.  He conducts pre-employment, screening exams for prison inmate gang debriefings as well as specific issue tests.  He has conducted over 1000 polygraph examinations. Mr. Serfustini is a member of the American Polygraph Association and the American Association of Police Polygraphists.

Mr. Serfustini is an American Polygraph Association certified primary instructor.





Diana McLaws, Instructor

Ms. McLaws is an instructor and examiner.  She has a background as a Police Department Investigator and has studied Psychology with a major emphasis in deviant behavior.  Ms. McLaws graduated from the Arizona School of Polygraph Science in 2005, is certified to conduct Post Convicted Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) and is the sole polygrapher for the Gilbert, AZ Police Department.  Ms. McLaws has conducted hundreds of polygraphs tests and is regarded and respected in her field.  She is a member of the America Polygraph Association, the National Polygraph Association, the American Association of Police Polygraphists and the Arizona Polygraph Association.

 


Dr. Robert Parkinson, D.C., Instructor

Dr. Parkinson has a background in Chiropractic Medicine, Biology and Psychology.  He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine Degree from LACC, Whittier, CA in 1991 and is licensed in the State of California.  He has also earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Biology and Psychology.  In addition to being an esteemed member of the medical community, Dr. Parkinson is also certified in post-secondary education instruction in Physiology.

 


Ryan Belleau, Instructor

Mr. Belleau has a background in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Bemidji State University in New Mexico.  Mr. Belleau is currently a detective and polygraph examiner for the Aurora Police Department located in Aurora, Colorado.  Mr. Belleau’s experience encompasses being a member of an elite SWAT team, being a police training officer, a criminal justice instructor for Pike’s Peak Community College and a community liaison officer.  Mr. Belleau is a graduate of the Arizona School of Polygraph Science and is a member of the American Polygraph Association.


Gregory Djinis, Instructor/Speaker

Mr. Djinis has a background in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice and has earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix.  Mr. Djinis currently works as a polygrapher for Arizona Polygraph Examiners and is qualified to conduct pre-employment, prison inmate gang debriefings as well as attorney specific issue tests.  He completed his polygraph training at the Backster School of Lie Detection and will soon be a member of the American Polygraph Association.

 


Robin L. Dugas, Speaker

Ms. Dugas has a background in Law and earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 2003.  In addition, she holds a Master’s Degree in Education.  Ms. Dugas is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association. 

 


Kelley Bradbury, Administrator/Financial Aid Director

Ms. Bradbury has a background in Paralegal, Business, Communications, Political Science and Marketing and has earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Global Business, Communications and Political Science.  In addition, Ms. Bradbury has earned her Master of Arts Degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Rio Salado College.  She currently is employed by Arizona Polygraph Examiners as the office manager and by the Arizona School of Polygraph Science as the financial aid director and school administrator.


All instructors, guest instructors/speakers and administrators are well-qualified experts in their field.
